With LEAV, you can choose between three rates – flexible even for bookings.
Yes, rebooking or cancellation is generally possible, depending on your booked fare. With the “splendid” fare, you can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 72 hours before departure. Different rules apply to ‘naked’ and “dressed” fares. You can find all the details in our fare conditions.
A name change is possible for a fee, provided that your fare includes this option. Please contact our service team so that we can make the change for you. Please note that name changes must be requested at least 48 hours before departure.
Errors in the booking, such as typos in the name or incorrect contact details, can be corrected within a certain time frame. Please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on the type of change, fees may apply.
Each fare offers different services:
- “naked” is the cheapest basic fare with no extras.
- ‘dressed’ includes a small piece of hand luggage, checked baggage, and rebooking options.
- “splendid” offers additional seat reservations, more flexibility when rebooking and canceling, and XL seats.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher fare as long as your booked flight has not yet departed. The price difference will be calculated based on the current fare. Please contact our service team or use our booking portal.
LEAV does not currently offer any special group rates or frequent flyer programs.
However, we are happy to review individual requests and provide suitable offers on request, especially for charter flights or larger bookings.
