Terms and Conditions for the ‘Design Our Livery’ Competition
1. Organiser and eligibility
The organiser of the competition is LEAV Aviation. All natural persons aged 18 and over with a valid European passport are eligible to participate.
Participants under the age of 18 require the written consent of a parent or guardian. In this case, any prize will be awarded to the parent or guardian.
Participants must be subscribed to the LEAV Instagram account.
2. Participation period and submission
Participation is possible until 15 January 2026.
The design must be submitted in PDF, PNG or JPEG format via our website or the specified upload link.
Important: The LEAV logo must remain visible – everything else is left to your creativity.
3. Prize and selection of the winner
The winner will receive free flights with LEAV Aviation for one year, valid until 31 December 2026.
After the submission phase ends, an internal jury will select the top three designs. Our community will then vote on the winning design in a public vote.
This will then be displayed on one of our Airbus A320s (D-ADDY) for a limited period. We will contact the winner personally.
👉The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable and cannot be exchanged for other services. Transfer to third parties is excluded.
4. Copyright and rights of use
By participating, entrants confirm that they are the sole authors of their design and do not infringe any third-party rights.
The winner transfers to LEAV Aviation the temporary, non-exclusive right to use the design for implementation and publication.
Revocation or subsequent claims for removal of the design are excluded.
5. Data protection
The personal data transmitted in connection with the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition, treated confidentially and deleted after its completion.
It will not be passed on to third parties. Further information on this can be found in our privacy policy.
6. Exclusion from participation
Employees of LEAV Aviation and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
7. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded.
By submitting a design, participants accept these terms and conditions in full.
