Are there hand luggage restrictions on my LEAV flight? Yes. Please make sure that your hand luggage in the LEAVnaked fare does not exceed the dimensions of 40 x 30 x 25 cm and the limit of 5 kg. LEAVdressed and LEAVsplendid also includes a cabin bag measuring 55 x 40 x 20 and 8 kg. |

How much checked baggage can I take with me free of charge? That depends on the tariff you have booked. Our LEAVnaked tariff does not include checked baggage. You can book this conveniently online or via our Service Centre. If you have choose the LEAVdressed fare‚ 1 checked baggage of 20 kg per person is included. In LEAVsplendid you can take 1 checked luggage of 32 kg per person with you. |

I have booked through a tour operator. What is my baggage allowance? Our tour operator product includes one piece of checked luggage up to 20 kg and one piece of hand luggage up to 8 kg free of charge. |

We are flying with an infant. What are the baggage limits for our child? Traveling with children means' you need a lot of luggage. Therefore‚ in LEAVdressed you can use 20 kg baggage allowance for all travelers‚ also for babies. In LEAVsplendid all travellers have a baggage allowance of 32 kg.If you have booked the LEAV naked tariff‚ you can book as much luggage for each traveler as you need. |

I would like to take my musical instrument with me in the aircraft cabin. Is that possible? It is generally possible to take a musical instrument with you in the aircraft cabin. This must not exceed the dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm and the weight up to 8Kg.You can only register via our Service Center. Prohibited items on LEAV flights In accordance with current legal regulations‚ it is important to note that some items may jeopardise the safety of your flight when taking baggage with you. I have booked a flight and would like to check in online. When is this possible?
Thank you for your booking. The online check-in area is available from 72 hours and up to 4 hours before departure. |

The online check-in does not work. What can I do?
If online check-in is not available 72 hours before departure and there is still enough time before departure‚ we advise you to try again later. If the problem persists‚ you can also check in conveniently at the airport. The check-in counters are open from 2 hours and up to 45 minutes before departure. |

Am I obliged to check in online?
No. You are not obliged to check in online for your flight‚ as you can also check in at the airport. However‚ we strongly recommend that you use the online check-in service‚ as it allows you to check in conveniently from anywhere‚ reserve your preferred seat and print out your boarding pass at the latest. At the airport‚ you only have to check in your checked baggage and can then go straight through to the security check. |

When I check in online‚ only my seat and baggage can be booked‚ but I want to add more extras. What do I have to do?
Please note that a deadline of 72 hours before departure applies for the registration of special baggage and special services. Therefore‚ these services are no longer available for online check-in. Please contact our Service Center Team if you would like to add any extras or services to your booking. |

I am going on vacation with my child. How much does my child's flight ticket cost? Children between the ages of 2 and 11 receive a reduction of 20% on the current ticket price for an adult (on the pure flight price excluding air traffic tax and airport fees). The decisive factor here is the age at the start of the last flight noted on the ticket. The reduced Flight price is automatically displayed based on your choice of travelers when making a booking request. |

We fly with our infant and take a buggy with us. Does this have to be registered? No prior registration is required for prams‚ buggies‚ travel cots and child car seats if they are not to be used on board. |

I am pregnant and I want to go on vacation. Up to how many weeks pregnant can I book a flight? We congratulate you on your pregnancy and welcome you on board up to and including the 35th week of pregnancy. |

How can I book my preferred seat? To ensure that you actually get your preferred seat‚ we recommend that you reserve your seat directly when booking your flight. You can of course also book at any time via www.leav.com 'Find reservation'. Alternatively‚ please send an enquiry to our Service Centre. For some groups of people‚ there are restricitions on seating at the emergeny exit (for safety reasons): children under the age of 16‚ pregnant women‚ people with mental or physical disabilities. |

How much does my preferred seat cost? That depends on which fare you chose when booking. A seat reservation in genereal costs 9€ per person and direction. A seat with more legroom costs 19€. The seat reservation is already included in the LEAVsplendid fare and also seats with more legroom are included‚ depending on availability. |

I like to travel comfortably and with enough space. Is it possible to book an additional free middle seat? We understand your desire for more space‚ because recovery begins on the plane. Our service center colleagues will be happy to book you a free middle seat at the current flight price and subject to availability. |

Until when can I book extras and special services for my flight? The best thing to do is to register the services and extras you need directly when or after booking your LEAV flight. However‚ if you should have forgotten it‚ you can do this online or from our service team at least 72 hours before departure. |

Where can I find all the necessary forms for special registrations and the declaration of consent for unaccompanied flying? In order to receive all the important forms for your registration‚ please contact our LEAV Service Team by phone.
