So that you can think of everything before departure and can travel relaxed with your service dog‚ we have a few useful tips for you:

  • Is your dog a recognized assistance dog? Then please always have proof of your dog's training as an assistance dog with you.
  • Please be at the airport with your dog at least 2 hours before departure.
  • We recommend that you always have a copy of the fully completed and signed "Carriage of an animal in the aircraft cabin" form in your hand luggage.
  • Your dog wears a harness if possible and you thought of a muzzle to be on the safe side ?! Then you are perfectly prepared.
